We are seeking a highly organized, detailed individual with excellent communication skills who can assess legal contracts effectively and work as a point person to ensure compliance within our sales process. This person will provide oversight and direction for our business development processes and will ensure accurate completion of contractual agreements. Experience evaluating pricing requests from internal stakeholders with the ability to set realistic expectations is a must for this role.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
This position will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, revising, implementing, and maintaining contractual agreements used in the Sales, Innovation, Marketing, Analytics, and Patient Services divisions. The analyst will engage with internal and external partners to fulfill agreements and ensure they comply with company policies, procedures, strategy, and compliance obligations. The analyst will be highly organized with strong attention to detail, an understanding of legal and contractual concepts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. This analyst will consistently provide concise and effective communication with all stakeholders.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field.
+ Proficiency level typically attained within one year of experience in business/systems analysis work.
+ A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
+ Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and work independently
+ Demonstrated knowledge with content and structure of legal contracts
+ Ability to maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping a high degree of confidentiality on all sensitive information.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Working knowledge of business and contract law relating to healthcare or clinical laboratory issues.
+ Additional related education and/or experience.
