**Job Title: Machinist**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machines, troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, and inspecting parts before loading them into machines.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate various machines with precision and efficiency.

+ Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines as needed.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and part process sheets.

+ Inspect parts before loading them into machines to ensure quality.

+ Perform machine setups and part inspections.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and part process sheets.

+ Basic knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operation, including grinders and mills.

+ Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators.

+ Understanding of tool offsets, speeds, and feeds.

+ Comfortable with machine setup, operation, and part inspection.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
