Join our dynamic Semiconductor EPI Manufacturing Team as a Facilities & Maintenance Technician and contribute to the uptime and availability of our semiconductor manufacturing equipment.​

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as maintenance technician, ensuring familiarity with all aspects of the equipment, software, and facilities to operate, maintain, and meet factory Operational Availability goals.

+ Independently follows engineering guidance, procedures, and other resources available such as OEM schematics criteria to repair and maintain electro-mechanical assemblies across various equipment including epitaxy reactors, metrology, and clean line equipment.

+ Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.

+ Manages compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

+ Adapt and take on any other duties as assigned by the management team.

+ Collaborate with equipment and process engineering team and production teams to assist with improvement ideas into production.

+ Troubleshoots to identify root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment-related issues to minimize downtime and improve mean time before failure.

+ Offers feedback to Equipment and Process engineering to help improve Preventative Maintenance, Mean Time Before Failure, Failure Rate, and defects to identify areas for improvement.

Education:

+ Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred

Requirements:

+ Minimum five to years of experience.

+ Knowledge of semiconductor equipment such as Epi, CVD, Plasma, preferred.

+ Good knowledge of engineering practices: Operational Availability, ability to read electrical schematics, metrology, SPC control, root cause analysis, CA/PA methodology.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Operates, maintains, and performs minor upgrade projects on mechanical systems. This includes doing the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual PMs and fixing any operational and maintenance issues that occur on the mechanical system.

+ Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.

+ Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.

+ Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment is required in resolving nonstandard problems.

+ Receives general instructions and reviews of job plans for all work.

Requirements:

+ Knowledge of the mechanical systems such as exhaust, chillers, boilers, air handlers, compressors, etc, operation. Experience performing general industrial mechanical work, including instrument calibrations.

+ Written and verbal communication skills. Organization and time management skills.

+ Able to adhere to a stringent environmental compliance culture and willing to work a compressed work week schedule.

+ Work in clean room environments, must be able to wear PPE and air air-supplied respirator, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.

+ Operate a PIT forklift, pallet jack, and spend a considerable part of your day working in a mobile environment.

Preferences:

+ 1 to 3 years of experience in: Facilities, preventative, and corrective maintenance.

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs. at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

With supervision, the Fleet Technician I is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Mobile Storage rental fleet equipment, including containers, ground level offices, office trailers, and/or modular buildings. + Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Mobile Storage quality standards:

+ Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to, remove and repair flooring, tiles, roofs, walls, frames, doors, leaks, caulking, windows, screens, painting, filters/dampers, replacing skins and trim, tagging of equipment, removal/install of UR decals and equipment numbers

+ Hooking mobile office to power source

+ Checking tire pressure and lugs

+ Complete assignments on time and within budget

+ Complete assignments as documented on Work Orders

+ Complete necessary documentation (work order, etc.)

+ Travel to customer sites to set office trailers and assist CDL A Drivers when needed

+ Equipment Modifications:

+ Complete in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and state and local building codes

+ Organization and Cleanliness of Shop, Yard, Tools and Supplies :

+ Keep yard organized and free of debris

+ Advise supervisor of supply needs

**Requirements:**

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. Responsibilities

1. Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and applicable regulations including, but not limited to EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics and refrigerant.2. Must be aware of the condition throughout the property and immediately initiate action to correct unsafe conditions; e.g., broken gates leading to the pool, broken steps, open holes and broken/burned out exterior lights.3. Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, fixture cut-offs, and sewer clean-outs.4. Perform basic and advanced HVAC repairs to residential heating and cooling systems. Repairs and maintenance include items such as completing preventive maintenance checks and services, troubleshooting systems to identify problems, repair / replace faulty internal parts, pull vacuums and charge units, repair / replace entire HVAC systems5. Perform basic electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc. and light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.6. Perform carpentry work, such as fitting doors, freeing windows, replacing and building shelves, sanding and refinishing floors, as well as exterior and interior painting.7. Painting:a. The painter must be knowledgeable in all aspects of painting including, but not limited to, taping and texturing, caulking, interior painting and have the ability to make minor drywall repairs.b. Painter must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and applicable regulations of OSHA governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials.8. Flooring:a. The Floor Laborer is responsible for ensuring flooring is properly cared for by prepping for stripping, waxing and cleaning of floors. Floor Laborer must be skilled in use of machinery such as, but not limited to buffer, shop vacuum and sander and should also be knowledgeable in proper mixing of chemicals.9. Replace broken glass, tile, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, draperies, locks.10. Assist in custodial and grounds work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc., in common areas.11. Responds to work orders and resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.12. Assist make-ready staff as required and directed by the Supervisor to meet deadlines.13. Complete accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, and work orders.14. Report any maintenance or resident related concerns to manager and/or supervisor in a timely manner.15. Periodically inspect all units, buildings and common areas, performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed. Make sure storage areas and entrances are locked and adequate lighting in those areas is maintained.16. Attend and participate in training seminars as requested. Be aware and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies and procedures at all times.17. Ensure effective, timely and professional interactions with residents, contractors and property management team on all maintenance services provided.18. Must be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies and inform Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager of shortages.19. Perform other duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities**

+ Performs advanced level maintenance and service on automated equipment

+ Uses electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment

+ Repairs and diagnoses faulty electrical equipment and circuits including; motors, motor controllers, circuit boards, power supplies, and IO modules

+ Repairs and diagnoses faulty mechanical equipment including, repairing or replacing gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, robots, and various pneumatic components

+ Performs equipment modifications and upgrades as needed and helps maintain spare parts inventory

+ Maintains reliability of the pharmacy automation equipment by executing preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders.

+ Observes system for degraded performance using routine inspections, monitoring tools, and diagnostic equipment.

+ Documents all emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance work via work orders associated with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - MAXIMO).

+ Commits to required training for compliance and skill gaps

**Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 2 years of Industrial Maintenance experience

+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, including the use of a meter

+ Ability to troubleshoot motors and motor controllers, including different models of variable frequency drives.

+ Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment; including repairs, set up, adjustments and tuning of mechanical and pneumatic systems.

+ Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and schematics.

+ Competent use of all tools and ability to follow procedures needed to the repair precision electro-mechanical machinery successfully first time

+ Practical knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, Computerized

+ Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to report and follow-up on maintenance procedures and work orders.

+ Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs \(electrical, mechanical and fabrication\)\.

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Processing Technician ensures safe, effective treatment and handling of containerized wastes by properly receiving, screening, unloading, treating and tracking incoming waste streams and outgoing residuals.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Reviews, signs, and processes incoming manifests, noting any discrepancies.

+ Directs off-loading operations for receipt of primarily non bulk containers into the facility’s storage systems for process and handling.

+ Uses handheld bar code scanner as the primary internal recordkeeping system to ensure the safe, effective handling and inventory of containerized wastes.

+ Forklift operations to facilitate the handling of all non-bulk containerized wastes.

+ Collects and analyzes waste samples.

+ Consolidates like-wastes wherever possible in order to improve economic outcomes.

+ Store waste containers properly in all designated plant storage areas.

+ Assists in the generation of internal bar code labels, and accurately places them on all containers as they are received.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Ability to use light equipment, such as forklift and pallet-jack.

+ Basic knowledge of computer operations is needed to properly operate handheld scanners.
