    + Ultrasonic core carving and composite machining

    + Fabricate, modify, and repair metallic or composite production and aircraft parts and assemblies using manual or CNC mills, lathes, jig bores and grinders.

    + Identify nonconforming parts and assemblies and processes.

    + Work with engineering to improve manufacturing processes.

    + Set up and use a variety of precision measuring instruments such as: dial indicators, micrometers, protractors, calipers, bore gages, and other related close tolerance measuring equipment.
